Can I upgrade from Photo to PDF + Photo after ordering?
Yes — if you ordered the Photo package and realize you need a PDF too, just reach out before we close the account. We can upgrade your order for the $20 difference. Once the account is closed we'd need to place a new order.
Does the price change by state or provider?
No. The price is the same regardless of which state or provider you choose. Wyoming, California, New York — Verizon, AT&T, Con Edison — it's a flat rate across the board.
Do you offer refunds?
If we can't deliver your bill for any reason, you get a full refund. If you dont like bill , we'll fix it or refund you. We don't disappear after payment.
Can I order multiple bills for different states?
Yes. Each order covers one bill at one address. If you need bills in multiple states — for example, two different addresses — just place separate orders. Reach out before ordering and we can discuss volume pricing.
